The Opportunity
Play a central role in building the next generation of Australia's prop‑tech ecosystem. We're building a modern, cloud‑native prop‑tech platform to power websites, marketing tools, ETL pipelines, analytics, and upcoming AI features across our national network. As Senior Full‑Stack Developer, you'll work closely with our CTO to architect, build, and deliver high‑quality products used by thousands of agents.
This is a hands‑on role with significant ownership and input into technical direction.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement full‑stack web application features using React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
* Develop clean, scalable backend services and APIs.
* Contribute to key architectural decisions and technical design documents.
* Work with our DevOps partner to maintain CI/CD pipelines and development tooling.
* Uphold high standards in code quality, testing, and documentation.
* Extend our new platform and support selective improvements on legacy systems.
* Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver roadmap features.
What You Bring
* 5+ years professional software development experience.
* Experience with MongoDB and/or MySQL (ideally both).
* Ability to independently design, build, test, and deploy features end‑to‑end.
* Clear communication and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
Nice‑to‑have
* AWS DevOps experience, ETL pipelines, LLM/AI integration, Ruby on Rails.
