About the Role
This role is ideal for an
Industrial Engineer
passionate about process optimisation and continuous improvement. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead operational initiatives across production, logistics, and warehousing — supporting a multi-branch network that includes sites across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland.
You will play a pivotal role in designing efficient systems, improving workflows, and ensuring the new facility achieves world-class operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the operational team and oversee day-to-day business activities across departments.
• Review and maintain company assets, ensuring compliance, reliability, and optimal utilization.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Analyse operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across warehousing, distribution, and logistics.
• Design and implement optimised processes that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Plan and improve facility layouts and workspace design to enhance productivity, team coordination, and safety.
• Develop and track KPIs and operational dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
• Facilitate planning and coordination between teams to improve service levels and internal communication.
• Document standard operating procedures and support change management processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis and engineering evaluation.
• Lead process audits and implement corrective actions across branches.
• Collaborate with management and key stakeholders to ensure seamless operational transitions, particularly during the relocation to Truganina.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in
Industrial Engineering
or a related field.
• Minimum
3 years' experience
in process optimisation, operations, or similar environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in
Excel
,
process mapping tools
, and
data visualisation/reporting software
.

Fluency in Spanish
(spoken and written) — essential for communication with suppliers and partners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Willingness to
travel interstate
for operational assessments and branch support.
