About the Role
We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Service & Licence Testing Officer in Kyneton. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, answering customer queries, and processing licence and registration renewals and payments.

As a Customer Service & Licence Testing Officer, you will have the chance to work with a diverse range of customers and gain extensive cross-training across face-to-face customer service and licence testing.
Key Responsibilities
* Responding to customer inquiries and processing associated licence and registration renewals and payments.
* Cross-training across face-to-face customer service and licence testing.
* Working a 20-38 hour work week across Monday to Friday and between the hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm.
* Being on call until 9am on your rostered days off to account for unforeseen circumstances.
Requirements
* Flexibility to work a variety of hours each week on-site in Kyneton and across Bendigo and Maryborough.
* Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service role.
* Ability to learn legislation quickly and serve a wide range of customers in relation to their licencing and registration enquiries.
* Full working rights in Australia.
* Valid Victorian driver's licence.
* Ability to work in both a seated and standing position.
