**About the role**:
This role is business critical for their ongoing success, and they are looking to appoint an experienced
**_Document Controller_** to further support the electrical distribution team based out of Brisbane. You will be required to support operational outcomes for current projects and future growth plans for the business with a focus on continuous improvement strategies.
**Duties**:
- Manage all documentation systems and deliverables.
- Provide timely reporting associated with the Project Support Service.
- Maintain the project support services register to ensure up to date and accurate information is available.
- Assist with the evaluation of project provided estate date for compliance purposes.
- Set-up of placeholders for project and design deliverables.
- Provide accurate reporting for project documentation, correspondence, reviews, user accounts.
- Manage user access and role requirements within the Project Information Management System dedicated project space.
- Provide training and assist staff, key stakeholders, contractors, and consultants with correct information management tasks.
- Setup of workflow templates, approvers, and assign users to workflow steps.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Sound understanding of document control principles.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project document control including document, review & correspondence management.
- High level of computer competency and literacy.
- Experience in managing customer service and customer expectations.
- Exceptional communications skills and ability to multitask.
- Great interpersonal skills with an ability build excellent working relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation and self-belief.
- Capacity to deal with multiple and often conflicting priorities.
