We are seeking an expert to join our team as a Mount Gambier-based Control Systems Engineer. This role involves working on diverse projects with a focus on programming and commissioning industrial control systems, from robot controllers to HMI and SCADA systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather project requirements and assist with proposal development
* Design, develop, test, train, and commission control systems for key strategic projects
* Identify new technologies and practices appropriate for implementation at our organisation
About the Role:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems, Mechatronics, Software, or Electrical Engineering (or similar degrees) preferred
* Experience in PLC and SCADA, with knowledge of Rockwell and/or Siemens Automation suite of software and hardware
* Good understanding of complex electrical schematic diagrams and control systems, fluid power systems, and robotics
* Excellent communication and time management skills
