The Role This newly created role is a career-defining opportunity for a commercially minded product marketer with strong new product development (NPD) and project management skills. You’ll be responsible for safeguarding the success of the existing product portfolio while spearheading diversification into adjacent categories. Working closely with design, engineering, and sales teams, you’ll lead NPD projects from concept to launch, shape go-to-market strategies, and ensure products remain competitive in both established and emerging markets. Key Responsibilities Manage and strengthen existing product categories while identifying opportunities for growth and diversification. Lead the full NPD lifecycle, from market research and concepting to delivery in partnership with design and overseas manufacturers. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including campaigns, sales tools, and agency management. Oversee product lifecycle management, including roadmap planning, promotions, and inventory optimisation. Act as a cross-functional project manager, translating customer and market insights into successful product outcomes. About You Proven background in product marketing with success in launching and managing products end-to-end. A proactive self-starter who thrives on autonomy and can influence across teams and functions. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse data and translate insights into strategy. Excellent project management skills, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders. Confident communicator with experience working alongside design, R&D, sales, and external agencies.
