Auto Parts Interpreter

About the role
The Parts Interpreter provides accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers, leveraging automotive and mechanical knowledge. They assist customers with product information and advice, solve problems, provide solutions and use sales techniques. Customers benefit from strong relationships and exceptional service.
Duties include
- Interpret parts
- Process customer orders
- Dispatch products and parts efficiently
- Promote specials
- Arrange buy-ins
- Process customer credits
- First point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
- Contribute to a culture of safety by prioritising safety and ensuring everyone goes home safely
Health and safety note
Role involves lifting, bending and climbing.
