About the role:
* Deliver exceptional, personalised beauty consultations across skincare, makeup, and fragrance
* Build strong client relationships through expert advice, follow-up, and ongoing skincare support
* Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall counter success
* Maintain deep product knowledge and stay up to date with new launches and brand education
* Provide tailored skincare recommendations based on client concerns and needs
* Ensure the counter is clean, organised, and merchandised to reflect Lancôme's luxury standards
* Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
* Support in-store events, promotions, and brand activations to enhance customer engagement
* Uphold Lancôme's brand values of elegance, innovation, and empowerment in every interaction
* Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a professional, positive, and results-driven environment
