Director of People and Culture
This role is responsible for overseeing the overall people and culture strategy at our institution.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Formulating and implementing strategies for staff engagement and development that align with our purpose, vision, and cultural behaviors.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and fostering a positive work environment that supports our values and purpose.
* Playing a facilitative role in recruitment, advising on HR matters, and being on call to address critical HR issues as they arise.
* Strategic Leadership: Collaborating with Executive leaders to drive organizational success.
* Collaboration and Communication: Building and maintaining strong relationships with staff, leadership, and stakeholders.
* Professional Development: Identifying and developing opportunities for growth and learning within the organization.
