Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Fleet Optimization Lead to drive success through innovation and effective supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement optimal fleet strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Drive best financial outcomes by maximizing economic value during and at end of lease, selecting appropriate channels, and minimizing disposal costs and expenses.
* Ensure asset stock is managed within required KPI's through third-party service providers and internal/external systems.
* Manage third-party service providers, including auction and vehicle sale channels, inspection services, repairers, and other end-of-lease partners.
* Accountable for vehicle portfolio mix, formulating strategies for optimal sale outcomes.
* Maintain all remarketing business processes, including end-of-lease requirements, fair wear and tear policies, and training documents.
* Effectively manage people, including team member performance reviews, development plans, training, and support.
Requirements
* Commercial experience in Leasing, Finance, or Automotive industries.
* Understanding of pricing levers in remarketing and leasing.
* Proven history of developing pricing and profit strategies with an analytical view.
* People management experience.
* Ability to deliver favorable customer outcomes while partnering with stakeholders.
* Sound product development experience.
