Assistant Store Manager Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager, responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. Key responsibilities include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting, and adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.

The Assistant Store Manager will play a key role in supporting the store manager in achieving business objectives and contributing to the overall success of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers receive a positive experience
* Leading and motivating a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
* Assisting with the recruitment, training, and development of new staff members
* Maintaining accurate records and reports, including sales data, customer feedback, and employee performance metrics
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols
