Overview
Key Accountabilities
Implement systems that optimise efficiency, and effectively manage and maintain accurate program information including data entry, records management and reporting. Ensure information is stored in accordance with Open Government principles.
Provide qualified and timely logístical support to meetings, committees, working parties, workshops, information sessions and forums including inviting participants, arranging venues and audio-visual equipment, travel arrangements, collation of materials for presentation, circulation of agendas and minutes, and the taking of minutes during meetings.
Develop and maintain cooperative and productive working relationships with key internal stakeholders and program customers to facilitate communication and information sharing and to direct enquiries.
Essential Criteria
Experience in a project coordination or business support role, demonstrating administration and customer service skills.
Ability to manage processes for administration systems.
