We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assistant in Nursing (AIN) to join our Medical team at Manning Hospital.
This role involves providing high-quality patient care under the direction of Registered Nurses. The successful candidate will support patients with personal care, mobility, and communication needs.
About the Role
* Assist nurses and the multidisciplinary team in delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care.
* Support routine clinical tasks such as preparing for procedures and maintaining equipment.
* Accurately document patient care to ensure continuity and quality of service.

Key Requirements
The successful candidate must possess a Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Assistant in Nursing), or be currently enrolled in an undergraduate Nursing degree, or be currently enrolled in a TAFE NSW Diploma of Nursing.
You must also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to act calmly and decisively in challenging situations.
