Australian (AQF issued) Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent is required. A completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia is also necessary. You should understand the importance of maintaining a clean and safe workspace and follow best practices for food handling.
