Role Description:
We are seeking a Civil Engineer with a genuine passion for re-imagining problems. Your expertise will be instrumental in transforming engineering concepts into detailed designs. You will work on projects delivering solutions in urban infrastructure, land and subdivision development.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing Technical advice for all aspects of civil design including land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure
* Develop technical and feasibility studies and development of drawings that satisfy technical specifications.
* Design coordination for selected projects or components of projects, collaborating with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
* Managing effective stakeholder relationships to support project delivery and business growth
* Providing direction to the project team and promoting awareness of technical and commercial risk assessments and mitigation and best value design options.
* Working with and mentoring junior engineers, designers and drafters and guiding them in delivery and their professional development
About You:
* A wealth of knowledge across civil design engineering including knowledge and experience of major road and land development projects.
* Advanced proficiency in 12D, AutoCAD and relevant industry standards
* Demonstrated technical acumen with proven experience of managing and delivering design solutions.
* Record of accomplishment in effective cross-discipline project delivery and an effective collaborator with all key engineering disciplines
* A collaborative approach and appreciation of the value of teamwork.
* High attention to detail, good analytical and communication skills.
