We are currently looking to engage an Oracle EPM Consultant to join our client and take up the role of Process/Modular lead on the following modules (FP&A, OACS & EPM) Ideally looking for someone such as a trusted advisor to People, IT and Executive stakeholders, with a strong track record in system strategy, integrations, governance, and operational excellence. Key Requirements: Strong experience across Financial systems (Oracle EPM) 7yrs progressive experience in Finance systems roles, demonstrating a broad and deep skill set that supports complex organisational needs At least 3 to 4 years of direct involvement in transformation programs, encompassing operating model redesigns, restructuring initiatives, or technology-enabled change projects, showcasing an ability to thrive in dynamic, evolving contexts. Experience leading system upgrades, implementations or transformations Previous experience of working on Oracle EPM, FP&A, OACS, FDI Previous experience of moving Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion would be ideal A proactive mindset with the ability to drive process improvement and change Strategic and pragmatic: improves outcomes without over-engineering.
