Responsibilities IT Service Delivery Leadership - Leading a team of 7 IT Professionals across Australia to maintain service delivery frameworks and service operations. Strategic Framework Design - Contribute to the evolution of shared services, assist in transitioning to squad or regional delivery models, and shape maturing service frameworks, including SLA negotiations. Technology Enablement - oversee the delivery of IT services across the schools, coordinate the backup operations for business & operational data etc. Project Delivery - Manage deployment, rollout, maintenance across school networks across different states. Requirements: Experience implementing ITIL processes into an immature environment. Experience with a shared service delivery model and running service delivery operation in a multi-site/ state environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
