We are seeking an experienced Registered Property Valuer to join a dynamic team. As a Registered Property Valuer, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic, high-quality and timely valuation services to a diverse client base. What you'll be doing
* Preparing detailed valuation reports that comply with industry standards and client requirements
* Providing expert advice and recommendations to clients on property-related matters
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and relevant legislation
What we're looking for
* Recognised and current registration as a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV)
* Accredited with the Australia Property Institute (API)
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Registered Property Valuer, specialising in commercial and residential sectors
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends
