We are seeking a highly skilled and approachable legal professional to join our team as Senior Legal Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide accurate drafting and counsel across various commercial contracting matters.
* Engage proactively with stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks specific to the healthcare sector.
* Negotiate directly and via external counsel with third parties.
* Champion continuous improvement by streamlining legal processes and promoting best practice.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house corporate environment, excellent knowledge of commercial and contract law, strong organisational skills, sound judgement, and ability to analyse complex situations.
