Employment Type: Casual shifts, Monday to Friday between 6:00am and 6:45pm
Pay: up to $46.10 per hour (based on experience and qualification) + Superannuation + Benefits
As a Casual Educator at Goodstart Gatton, you'll be a flexible, team-oriented professional, ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.
Responsibilities
* Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
* Engage and supervise the children at all times
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
* Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
Qualifications
* Hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification
* Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
* Willing to travel between other local services
* Flexible availability between Monday and Friday, 6:00am and 6:45pm
