What You’ll Do
Drive Sales Growth and Achieve Targets: Develop and execute commercial growth plans for Clinical Chemistry, Immunodiagnostic and Haematology portfolios, focusing on key success metrics to achieve revenue goals.Identify and Cultivate Opportunities: Discover new sales opportunities, build strong external and internal relationships, and strategically engage key decision makers in the Clinical Chemistry, Immunoassay and Haematology communities.Manage End-to-End Sales Cycle: Maintain high visibility at key accounts, lead commercial decision-making, negotiations, solution design and manage opportunities effectively using Salesforce CRM.Lead Portfolio in Territory: Act as the primary contact and leader for all matters related to the Core Laboratory portfolio within your territory.Enhance Brand and Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows and networking events to improve brand visibility and engage potential customers.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Service and Support, Finance and other teams to identify key accounts, drive rapid uptake and ensure a unified approach.Embrace Culture and Develop Acumen: Engage in regular check-ins, contribute to the continuous improvement of sales systems and processes, and actively enhance your professional commercial acumen.
What You’ll BringWe’re looking for a driven, strategic communicator with:Strong Core Laboratory or diagnostic industry experienceDeep knowledge of Clinical Chemistry, Immunoassay and/or HaematologyProven success in high-value solution selling and business developmentCRM capability, business analytics skills and commercial acumenThe ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex internal processesExcellent communication, strategic thinking and relationship skillsEntrepreneurial curiosity, resilience and passion for healthcare innovationAbility to travel as required
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Laboratory Science (Clinical Chemistry, Immunodiagnostic and/or Haematology), Business, or a related fieldDemonstrated sales and business development proficiency and 3+ years in diagnostics, Clinical Chemistry, Immunodiagnostic and/or Haematology industryExperience in mass spectrometry advantageous
