We have an opportunity available in our al la carte & buffet environments and brand new production kitchen!All of our roles are focused on exciting our guests with flair and enthusiasm and demonstrating a genuine passion for providing the highest quality of food.Trade qualification in Cookery and experience in a similar roleDetail-focused with the ability to deliver consistently high-quality food under pressureExperience & knowledge of mass production and large volumes of foodAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of a wide range of cooking methods and techniquesTime management skills with the ability to multitaskGood interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team membersFlexible availability to work a rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, weekends and public holidaysQualificationsProven experience as a Cook in a high-volume kitchenExperience and knowledge working in mass production and large volumesStrong culinary skills and a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Culinary degree or equivalentKnowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.Strong teamwork and communication skillsMUSThave full working rights within AustraliaAbility to pass a federal police background security checkThe ability to work in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.
