Administrative Support Specialist

We're a dynamic organization seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to help us manage our fleet and facilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, excels at organization, and takes pride in being a problem-solver.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities management across two locations.
* Oversee day-to-day housekeeping and facilities upkeep to ensure a safe and functional environment.
* Coordinate the setup of new vehicles in our systems and facilitate fleet disposal processes in accordance with guidelines and value-for-money principles.
* Support business-wide fleet concerns and operational needs, including generating and maintaining accurate fleet reports.


About You

* Proven experience in fleet management and administration.
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
* Exposure to facilities and property management.
* A flexible and responsive mindset, able to adapt to changing circumstances.
* Familiarity with procurement and purchasing practices.
* Confidence using digital tools, including Excel and Smartsheet.
