Construction Manager
* Lead a construction team in Tasmania
* Oversee the lifecycle of construction projects
* Direct and manage project development

1. Execute site meetings, prepare and finalise tenders, negotiate contracts
Define project objectives, direct site foreman, review costs against tender pricing
2. Mentor plumbers and apprentices, communicate with stakeholders

About the Role:
To be successful as a Construction Manager you will need:
Certificate III in Plumbing, minimum 10 years experience in a similar role,
strong knowledge of sanitary plumbing, wastewater disposal, building codes and legislation,
demonstrated problem solving skills and effective communication.
