As the Registered Psychologist, you will play a critical role in promoting students' mental health and well-being. Your work will include individual counselling, group sessions, psychoeducational assessments, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and staff to support student development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide evidence-based psychological services to K-12 students.
* Conduct assessments and develop strategies for students with learning, behavioural, and emotional challenges.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to support student learning and well-being plans.
* Deliver workshops or presentations for students, parents, and staff on mental health and resilience.
* Support crisis intervention when needed.
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and Christ-centred school culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Full registration as a Psychologist with the relevant national regulatory authority.
* Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a school setting.
* Strong knowledge of child development, mental health challenges, and learning difficulties.
* Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
* Flexibility to work across multiple campuses as required.
* Committed Christian, active in your church and able to subscribe to our Confession of Faith.
