Looking for a talented and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Windsor area.
This is a permanent opportunity that offers the right candidate up to $95,000 + super.
The successful candidate will provide support to the Managing Director, handling their diary, travel arrangements and personal matters with discretion and professionalism.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the Managing Director's diary, arranging travel and personal appointments
* Producing high-quality correspondence, presentations and reports
* Conducting research and providing follow-up on issues and concerns for the leadership team
* Building strong relationships with ELT and stakeholders
* Managing reimbursements for travel and expenses
* Coordinating business functions, lunches and dinners
* Providing IT support when required
Requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years experience in an Executive Assistant role
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Exceptional presentation and people management skills
* Ability to work autonomously and proactively
* Strong time management and prioritisation skills
* Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
