Job Title
A Senior Chiller Service Leader is needed to lead a high performing team of Technicians.
This position will involve driving operational excellence for the service business of the Chiller team.
* Responsible for maintenance, retrofit and repair of York Chillers using HVAC theory, pipe fitting, mechanical layouts and control systems.
* Lead activities of Technicians, Apprentice Trades Persons and subcontractors in delivery of quality service to customers.
* Fulfill responsibilities of Senior Service Technician including preventive maintenance, installation, commissioning and general servicing of systems.
About this role
The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent from a Technical/Trade School with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning and five (5) years related experience.
* Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate a team.
* Strong technical subject matter expertise to foster credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment.
