Sales Progression & Customer Care Coordinator

Fulham, SW6

Cobalt is working with an established London developer with a strong reputation for delivering design‐led residential schemes across the capital. This opportunity sits within a landmark riverside development in Fulham.

As the project moves into a key delivery phase, our client is looking to appoint a Sales Progression & Customer Care Coordinator to support purchasers from exchange through to completion and handover. This is an opportunity to join a close‐knit team on a high‐end development with the potential for future opportunities within the wider business.

The role.

Reporting into the senior leadership team, the Sales Progression & Customer Care Coordinator will take ownership of the purchaser journey from exchange through to move‐in. The successful candidate will act as the key point of contact for purchasers, solicitors, agents and internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and professional completion process throughout.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Managing the sales progression process through to legal completion and handover.
* Coordinating communication with purchasers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and agents.
* Providing updates on build progress, completion timelines and legal milestones.
* Preparing completion packs and purchaser documentation.
* Coordinating pre‐completion inspections, snagging appointments and move‐in schedules.
* Supporting purchaser handovers and aftercare coordination.
* Managing customer queries and escalating issues where required.
* Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and compliance documentation.
* Supporting reporting on completions and sales progression activity.
* Working closely with construction, sales and external consultant teams during phased handovers.

The skills and experience required.

* Working knowledge of new‐build residential sales progression, customer care or completions.
* Experience liaising with purchasers, solicitors, sales agents and developers.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Professional communication skills with a customer‐focused approach.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines within a fast‐moving environment.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM or property systems.
* Exposure to large‐scale residential developments would be advantageous.
* Understanding of practical completion and handover processes would be beneficial.
* Exposure to international purchasers or overseas investors would be advantageous.
