Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain ING requirements around the Financial Accountability Regime (FAR) Framework such as CPS511.
* Manage key governance artefacts including Accountability Statements, Maps, and Fit & Proper registers.
* Partner with Regulatory Affairs and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and uplift capability.
* Provide expert advice and training to managers on remuneration and performance governance.
* Provide input to global Performance & Reward strategies as part of ING's P&R Community of Expertise.
* Contribute to further digitising and automating aspects related to remuneration regulations and governance.
Qualifications
* FAR, CPS511 experience.
* 5+ years' experience in remuneration, risk management or governance roles within APRA-regulated or listed entities.
* Proven experience working with senior executives and boards.
* Strong understanding of Financial Services governance and public disclosure requirements.
* Experience in global organisations and/or Advanced Compensation program (ideal).
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
