Responsibilities
* Act as the glue between ideas and execution by coordinating, analysing and communicating so teams can deliver with confidence.
* Orchestrate schedules, meetings, workshops and reporting rhythms; maintain documentation across action logs, risk registers and issue trackers; prepare project dashboards, reports and presentations.
* Track timelines, identify risks early and escalate with context; support resourcing, project communications, budget tracking, procurement and vendor management.
* Elicit and document business requirements through interviews and workshops; map processes and analyse data to surface opportunities and inform decisions.
* Craft functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria; guide delivery and support testing and UAT from defect triage to final validation; facilitate workshops and capture outcomes that shape solution design.
* Partner with the technical team to align business needs with system capability.
About You / Qualifications
* Experience in project coordination or PMO support within a corporate or technology environment.
* Strong skills in business analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with MS Project, JIRA, Excel or similar tools is preferred.
* Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Desirable
* Experience supporting testing or UAT coordination.
* Relevant certifications (CBAP, CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation).
