The Opportunity
As Director of Retirement Living & Care, you will oversee the operational and clinical leadership of a retirement village and apartment community, ensuring residents experience a safe, vibrant and supportive environment.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing clinical leadership and oversight of resident wellbeing and risk management
* Leading operations, planning and service delivery across the communities
* Developing strong relationships with residents, families and committees
* Building and empowering a positive, high-performing team
* Overseeing governance, compliance and safety frameworks
* Managing budgets, occupancy and operational outcomes
* Enhancing programs that support independence, wellbeing and community connection
About You
We are seeking a leader who is both clinically capable and people-focused.
You will bring:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Leadership experience within retirement living, community care or aged care
* Strong understanding of clinical governance and resident wellbeing frameworks
* Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing complex environments
Your leadership style will be defined by:
