About the Role
Working closely with both site leadership and the corporate office, the Commercial Manager will oversee all financial, commercial, and administrative functions across the mining operations.
Your remit will span strategic leadership, operational finance, continuous improvement, team development and commercial optimisation.
You will:
* Lead the Finance, Accounting, Commercial and Admin teams across the site
* Drive margin improvement, cost control and operational efficiencies
* Partner with operational leaders to support decision‐making
* Manage and coordinate the annual budget and life of mine update and quarterly re-forecasting process
* Ensure transparency, governance and compliance across all commercial processes
* Mentor, lead and develop a high‐performing team
* Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes and reporting
Key Responsibilities
* Provide visible leadership across safety, commercial and operational disciplines
* Implement and enhance commercial systems, processes and policies
* Lead investigations, audits and commercial risk assessments
* Establish strong cross‐functional relationships across operations and corporate
* Manage commercial data integrity and reporting frameworks
* Contribute to long‐term financial models and project finance requirements
* Develop capability, succession and training plans for your team
* Ensure commercial activities meet regulatory, statutory and internal standards

We are seeking a commercial or finance professional with experience in mining, resources, or a comparable complex operational environment.
You will bring:
