About the Role
Are you a performance-driven marketer with a flair for digital campaigns and creative execution? We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator (Acquisition) to lead the charge on generating high-quality leads through paid social (Facebook & TikTok), email marketing, and multi-channel campaign execution.
In this hands-on role, you'll manage the full acquisition journey — from targeting and creative design to tracking and reporting — across key digital channels. You'll also play a key role in optimising lead funnels, supporting referral growth, and contributing to marketing efforts across our B2C and B2B environments.
What You'll Do
Run Paid Campaigns: Manage and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok ad campaigns to maximise ROI and lead volume.
Execute Email Marketing: Create, test, and schedule email campaigns including nurture sequences, promotions, and referral outreach.
Manage Multi-Channel Campaigns: Plan and execute coordinated campaigns across social, email, internal channels, and referral programs.
Design Static Ad Creatives: Develop high-performing static image ads, email banners, and digital assets using Canva or Adobe.
Optimise the Funnel: Collaborate with the team to improve lead forms, landing pages, and email automations to boost conversion rates.
Track & Report: Analyse performance metrics across channels and deliver actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Support Referrals & Partnerships: Amplify referral campaigns and help activate partnership promotions like the Gold Coast Titans VIP Rates.
Contribute to BAU Marketing: Assist with design, print, and internal marketing requests from clubs and other departments.

What You Bring
2–4 years in performance or digital marketing
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
Experience with email platforms like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo
Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for static design
Familiarity with GA4, UTM tracking, and reporting tools
A strong understanding of acquisition funnels, audience targeting, and A/B testing
Excellent communication and time management skills
