Where you'll make an impact Oversee the day to day operations of the Front Office, assisting in co-ordinating arrival and departures, working alongside the porter team Lead the Front Office Team in delivering an exceptional customer service Respond to guests requests, enquiries complaints Mentor, develop and support the Front Office team What we're looking for We're looking for a passionate hospitality professional with a natural flair for service and outstanding communication skills.

You're committed to upholding our best-in-class reputation for Australian hospitality and are always willing to support your colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
To be successful, you will need: Previous experience in supervising or managing a team, within a luxury hotel environment Qld open / unrestricted driver's licence Must be eligible to obtain a Restricted Driver Authority (must have held driver licence for min 3 years continuous) A diploma or advanced diploma in Hospitality Management, or equivalent will be an advantage.
