About the role:
In close collaboration with the General Manager of Quality And Risk, the Clinical Education Business Partner will design and implement learning and organisational development (including leadership development) programs that maximise individual and team capability and support high standards of person centred service delivery to our sites and services in Tasmania.
In this role, You will also:
* Undertake and participate in annual organisational training needs analysis
* Collaborate within the broader Learning & Development and Quality & Risk teams, working with key stakeholders in the organisation to identify clinical learning needs for current and future work requirements
* Scope and develop learning & development programs and training materials in response to changing needs and emerging priorities (for online and face to face)
* Develop L&D programs to support the clinical governance framework
* Lead the development of clinical capability building programs
* Identify and utilise innovative and engaging best practice e learning and development approaches
* Promote a growth mindset and facilitate a safe learning culture
This is the place for you if you have:
* Tertiary qualifications in nursing, education and or organisational development
* Experience in developing and implementing capability, talent, and succession planning frameworks
* Extensive experience in developing and implementing best practice clinical learning and development programs using innovative strategies aligned to organisational requirements
* Demonstrated consulting and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
* Well-developed project management skills
* Health care or Aged Care background in L&D (Desirable)
Essentials for working in Aged Care:
* Acurrent Working with Vulnerable People's Check or willingness to obtain one
* Full Australian working rights
* A current Police Records Check/NDIS Clearance or be willing to undertake this process
* Current flu and ongoing vaccinations
