Cater Care is looking for a Full time Chef Manager to join our team at a key site in the heart of the stunning Mornington Peninsula, at Mount Eliza.
In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, making it perfect for someone highly organised who appreciates a smooth-running kitchen.
Roster: Monday to Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Managing food preparation, presentation, and on-site operations
- Special diet modifications including allergies/intolerances, supplements and texture modified purees as well as seasonal menus
- Ensuring adherence to food hygiene and safety standards
- Leading, developing, and managing the team
- Support bulk cooking operations
- Liaise with key onsite stakeholders
Desired Skills And Experience
Who You Are:
- Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Previous experience in kitchen operations and/or site management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A professional approach to personal appearance and hygiene
