Job Overview
The Activations Manager is responsible for the end‐to‐end implementation planning, delivery and reporting across clients, and assisting client teams with quarterly business reviews, product development, and new business initiatives across channels. This role ensures the performance of client accounts and delivers investment against business objectives, building strong relationships.
Responsibilities
* Campaign Planning, Management & Delivery
o Manage a portfolio of clients across digital channels, ensuring optimal performance.
o Set up campaigns from day one and analyse complex data sets to beat client goals.
o Troubleshoot campaign challenges and implement optimisations within DSPs, ad platforms and direct buying channels.
o Work across technology platforms including DSPs, ad servers, attribution, brand safety; experience in DV360, Trade Desk and Facebook is essential.
o Deliver client reporting and optimisation commentary.
o Provide incremental forecasting.
* Project Management
o Provide availability, pricing, and strategy recommendations for current campaigns.
o Collaborate with the activations team to enhance internal tools and processes.
o Test new trading products to drive future enhancements.
* Internal & External Collaboration & Communication
o Build relationships with internal stakeholders and commercial teams.
o Serve as the main contact for activations, optimisations and reporting to key clients.
o Explain strategy and optimisations to partners.
* Innovation
o Use proprietary technology to create bespoke campaign setups and custom algorithms.
o Drive trading innovation to exceed performance goals.

Salary
$85,000 – $95,000 inclusive of superannuation.
