About the Role

You’ll play a vital part in our production operations, working to input customer orders and respond to customer queries. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting the sales team. This role involves fielding sales calls, managing reception duties, processing customer orders, resolving complaints, and providing administrative support to the sales and estimation teams.

Key responsibilities include

* Field sales calls and manage reception duties
* Communicate with customers to manage expectations and lead times
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a timely manner
* Resolve customer complaints effectively
* Provide administrative support to the Sales team using spreadsheets, email management, reporting, etc.
* Prepare and deliver customer quotes with accuracy
* Quality check all quotation packages before delivery
* Process customer credits promptly
* Input orders according to process requirements
* Track performance metrics for reporting purposes
* Support the sales team with order processing, invoicing, CRM updates
* Assist the Estimation team with quoting and pricing tasks

* Proficient computer literacy with willingness to learn new software
* Attention to detail in data accuracy across all tasks

Experience

* Entry-level candidates are welcome; previous experience required.
* Minimum of 1 year experience in administration, customer service or sales support role.
