Key Responsibilities
Lead business development activities throughout your territory.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and secure new customers, specifiers and projects.
Implement and drive key sales strategies to deliver the commercial business plan.
Maximise exposure of new products in key markets and secure specifications with end-users, builders and developers.
Engage in trade shows and represent the company within industry groups.
Report on sales performance, market trends and product effectiveness.
Collaborate on sales forecasts and contribute to the demand planning process.
Provide insights into market data including competitor activity and growth drivers.
Ensure CRM is fully utilised.
Key Experience Required
Proven sales experience within the building product or material market.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
Ability to identify key stakeholders and decision makers.
