About the Role
We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an amazing experience from the moment they arrive.
* You will be responsible for processing guest check-ins and outs, accurately using our park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts.
* You will work closely with our Housekeeping team to track the readiness of accommodation and coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless communication.
* You will also provide guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest, completing day-to-day office administration tasks as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry.
* A passion for delivering exceptional Guest experiences.
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* An enthusiastic and positive attitude.
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
A current driver's licence is essential.
