Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods following traditional and innovative recipes.
- Ensure high standards of quality control and consistency in all products.
- Collaborate with the bakery team to develop recent recipes and seasonal offerings.
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies to maintain sufficient stock levels.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of baking techniques and processes.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Creativity and passion for creating delicious baked goods.
