**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Technology Operations Manager to join the team to oversee, manage and optimise learning technology systems and operations within the Health Insurance (HI) business. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the efficient and effective delivery of our learning program and development offerings.

This role will require you to leverage your expertise in learning technologies, project management, and operational processes, to contribute to the continuous improvement of learning initiatives to enable employees to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.

This is a permanent, hybrid working, full time role which can be located nationwide in Australia.

**How will I help?**

Key accountabilities of this role include:

- Learning Technology Management: Optimize learning technologies within HI for efficient content delivery, skills measurement, learner progress tracking, and learning solution effectiveness. Additionally, ensure ongoing maintenance and customization of learning platforms to align with HI requirements.
- Governance: Develop and implement policies and processes to ensure consistent sign-off and updates of learning content. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain high training delivery standards.
- Reporting: Monitor the performance of development programs and assess performance-related data to determine the overall effectiveness of capability development initiatives on employee performance. Identify areas for improvement based on the findings.
- Risk Management: Provide access to learning data that supports control owners in effectively managing any risk controls associated with learning processes.
- Vendor Management: Take ownership of managing relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors on behalf of Knowledge & Capability solutions.
- Stay Informed: Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in learning technology and operations. Actively identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance the organization's learning ecosystem.
- Communication and Escalation: Actively participate in relevant governance forums, ensuring effective communication and escalation of issues on behalf of the Knowledge and Capability solutions team.
- Accountability: Take responsibility for master data management, supporting people and supplier metrics, and providing reliable reports to the Knowledge and Capability team and other stakeholders as required.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor operational performance and service level agreements related to learning by analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Use the findings to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in both learning systems and processes.

**What do I need?**
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline (HR, Management, Business, Commerce, etc.)
- Five years of management experience in customer service, operations, or a training/HR environment with a broad range of customers with diverse needs
- Learning leadership experience coupled with ability to uplift capability development services that measurably improve employee satisfaction
- Strong ability to make an impact and influence areas of efficiency
- Previous experience with learning management platforms
- Knowledge and experience using Power BI is preferrable but not essential
- Proficient in project management methodologies, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
