About the Role
This is a candidate-facing role, where you'll be the go-to person ensuring our electricians are supported from first contact right through to site mobilisation. Working closely with our Electrical consultants, you'll be responsible for candidate management and mobilisation – no business development required.
Responsibilities
- Candidate screening, registration, and compliance checks
- Coordinating medicals, inductions, and site access requirements
- Managing mobilisation paperwork and bookings
- Updating JobAdder and maintaining candidate records
- Regularly communicating with candidates to provide updates, support, and a positive experience

Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, mobilisation or recruitment support
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
- Great communication and confidence working with trades-based candidates
- A team-player mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Tech-savvy skills with MS Office and database systems (JobAdder experience a bonus)
- Salary is dependent on experience
