**About the role:**
We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Tweed Heads South. This is a Permanent Part-Time position with 36 hours of work per week.
Key responsibilities:
* You will be working directly with the local community, providing exceptional customer service and helping them achieve their financial goals.
* As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the face of our organization, working in-branch to deliver tailored solutions that meet the individual needs of our customers.
* You will use your business skills to find new leads across wealth, insurance, home loan, and small business lending.

Requirements:
