About Eneraque
At Eneraque, we deliver complex projects across construction, oil & gas, mining and renewables. We're growing and looking for a capable Contracts Administrator to strengthen how we manage risk, compliance and commercial outcomes—across both tendering and project delivery.
The Opportunity
This role is responsible for end-to-end contract administration across pre-award (tender) and post-award (delivery) stages, supporting drafting, review, negotiation, implementation and ongoing management of contracts and agreements. You'll help ensure our terms are favourable, obligations are met, and risks are identified early. You'll work across a variety of contract types including D&C, EPC, and supplier/vendor agreements.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, review and support negotiation of contracts (client, vendor, supplier, partnership agreements).
* Maintain accurate contract records, key dates, obligations and deliverables.
* Monitor compliance with contract performance requirements and internal processes.
* Support timely issuance of notices, EOTs, and variations—escalating delays and issues early.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement contracts smoothly across teams.
* Assist with risk identification and mitigation strategies aligned to legal/regulatory requirements.
* Support stakeholder communication and help manage contract-related matters and dispute processes (where required).
* Contribute to continuous improvement of contract systems, templates and workflows.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in contract administration (ideally in construction, oil & gas, mining, or renewables).
* Familiarity with D&C, EPC and supplier/vendor agreements.
* Strong organisation, attention to detail and confidence managing deadlines and priorities.
* Solid commercial awareness and the ability to interpret and enforce contract terms.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with contract management tools/software.
* Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Legal Studies or similar (preferred).
Our Values
You'll thrive at Eneraque if you bring: Ingenuity, Professionalism, Agility, Quality, and Experience to how you show up and work with others.
Why Join Us
* Work on diverse, high-impact projects across multiple market sectors
* Autonomy, trust, and the chance to lift standards in a growing organisation
* A practical, delivery-focused team that values quality outcomes and continuous improvement
