About the Opportunity
We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses with a passion to work in Aged Care to work with a great supportive team. Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high‑quality clinical care to the elderly in line with Aged Care and Bolton Clarke standards whilst working within a multidisciplinary team. You will complete holistic assessments, develop appropriate care plans, evaluate, and determine clinical decisions that guide our care staff.
Your Duties
- Day‑to‑day delivery and management of high‑quality care needs of residents, ensuring all residents are respected and treated with empathy and dignity
- Manage and direct AINs and PCWs in day‑to‑day activities for residents
- Support the Residential Manager/Care Manager to fulfil objectives for effective and efficient facility management
- Record accurate medical records for each resident in line with documentation guidelines and legal requirements
- Comply with WHS legislation, policies and procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement processes and systems
About You
- Current Registered Nurse (Division 1) registration with AHPRA
- Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
- Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
