See below for his details.Period of AppointmentFixed term for a period of 12 months commencing on 27 July 2026Hours per fortnight73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.DutiesMake proper and accurate records of Tribunal proceedings including keeping electronic minutes of proceedings, recording and distributing orders or decisions.Undertake legal research tasks and projects as directed by the PresidentProvide administrative assistance to the President and Principal Registrar including coordinating listings, diary management, visitor reception, liaison with practitioners on behalf of the President, proofing judgments and decisions and other tasks of an administrative nature as directed by the President or Principal Registrar.The incumbent can expect to be allocated duties, not specifically mentioned in this document, that are within the capacity, qualifications, and experience normally expected from persons occupying jobs at this classification level.Pre-employment ChecksThe Head of State Service has determined that the person nominated for this vacancy is to satisfy a pre-employment check before taking up the appointment, promotion or transfer.Arson and fire settingViolent crimes and crimes against the personSex-related offencesDrug and alcohol related offencesCrimes involving dishonestyCrimes involving deceptionMaking false declarationsMalicious damage and destruction to propertySerious traffic offencesCrimes against public order or relating to the Administration of Law and JusticeCrimes against Executive or the Legislative PowerCrimes involving Conspiracy2.
