* Proven ability to design and deliver training, workshops, and learning resources that build digital capability and confidence.
* Experienced in creating and providing instructional design, facilitation, or coaching that helped users adopt new technologies or improve their digital skills.
* Ability to identify opportunities for digital uplift and translate business needs into practical M365 solutions.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in assessing user requirements and recommending fit-for-purpose M365 tools or workflows.
