**About the role**
This exciting role supports the delivery of integrated marketing strategies across several projects. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Assist with national and local lead generation campaigns.
- Support new project launches, land releases and rolling programs.
- Implement database communications.
- Content development for online and offline channels.
- Deliver events working with external agencies.
- Participate in brand and positioning strategic development.
- Manage collateral design and production.
**About you**
- Sound Marketing experience, including production of marketing materials.
- Experience with managing marketing agencies and suppliers.
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively.
