Occupational Therapist New Graduate Program
This is a unique opportunity to join our 12-month graduate program as an Occupational Therapist.
* Participate in a structured graduate program with gradual ramp-up from studies to professional practice.
* Complete an initial 12 weeks of intensive graduate training, including introduction to the NDIS Allied Health Space.
* Deliver occupational therapy services in clinic and community settings.
* Engage in weekly supervision with a dedicated supervisor.
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment.
* Attend quarterly alignment days focused on learning and team culture development.
We are seeking candidates who have:
* Completed a Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
* Full registration or eligibility upon graduation with AHPRA.
* Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a registered vehicle.
* Unrestricted Australian work rights and flexibility.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
